I created an ER (Package Bundles - add options for disabling client queue and enabling timeout settings) on this already but wanted to make it more visible in case others are wondering the same thing. The issue being that there is no way within the LANDesk console to disabled client queuing or enabling timeout settings for package bundles. You have to go into the database and set these values on your own. I am not sure how heavily these two options get used outside of my environment but we use it quite a bit.
